As usual, your art turned out splendidly. The deep blue color scheme really brings the character to life, and separates it from the background.

Instead of just putting the character in a white background, you could add color, texture, graphics, anything to add more interest and personality to the picture.

And while the character is very well drawn, there are a few proportion issues. The left arm is smaller than the right, but when considering your style, the rest is fine. It also helps the silhouette to make the pose more lively. It leaves a stronger impression on the viewer.

The sleek design is something very characteristic of your style, the way the outfit flows with the body is very liquid, the same curves help amplify the bodies natural curves, the fin like features that start at the waist and end at the ankles have a modern aspect and the circular designs on them remind me of rings in a puddle when it´s raining so it goes with the blue.

As for suggestions of improvement I don´t think I could suggest anything that could help improve this drawing, from the relaxed pose to the modern look this is another great piece from you.
